These actually don't taste too bad, considering they are a healthier, low-carb version of cheese puffs. Only 2 complaints- First- $20 is a little pricey for the size container you get. Second- Is the little hard pieces in some of the puffs. Recommend that you chew carefully.

Puffs were smaller than I expected, but still a lot in the container. Flavor was pretty good for being 'healthy.' Better than chips anyway. I'll try some other flavors. Crunchy, but sticks to your teeth a bit. Overall, I like them and would buy again.

I had to write an honest review because of the negative reviews I've seen here. Taste is subjective, but what I've found is that our tastebuds are wired for the fake, processed, GMO crap we eat everyday. When me and my family first tried these they were good but not as good as cheese puffs. Fast forward to healthy eating a year later and these are excellent! Here's what we learned: 1) Health foods taste less flavourful because there's no artificial flavors added. Now that we're healthy eaters, we appreciate the flavor 😋. 2) Healthy food is expensive, but it's necessary for quality life. These are relatively inexpensive when considering the purpose and nutrition. Theres tons of protein packed into these puff balls. 3) The size makes it an easy "on the go" snack for people who are health conscious. 4) These puffs pack a CRUNCH! I buy them every week for me and the family. Great snack to burn fat and gain muscle (you know, because of the protein!). Don't be a follower of fear, try them out and thank me later! I won't charge you a finder's fee!

I recently tried the Protein Puffs Nacho Cheese flavor, and it's fantastic! Personally, I love savory snacks that help me stick to my macros - this was perfect! The Macros are unreal!! I highly recommend giving these a try if you're into crunchy and savory snacks that are macro-friendly.

I don't eat junk or go in for gimmicky 'health' food. Just take a look at the label, the ingredients are food and nutritionally these crunchy puffs deliver. I have personally tried the Garlic Parm and the Margherita Pizza, both are delucious. Think of them like a cracker or crouton, great alone or as a topping, makes the dish taste better, supplying more satiating protein, and a nice firm crunch.

I have only tried the mesquite bbq and I enjoy them. Great protein options, convenient if you're on the move, taste pretty good considering it's a healthier choice. I have purchased the mesquite several times and my only "con" is the price. I would buy 3-4 canisters per month if they weren't so expensive. Taste: light bbq flavor Texture: crunchy.. think Kix cereal Smell: bbq pea protein Bottom line.. lower the price and 8/10.. As is 6/10 (cost)

These protein puffs are absolutely delightful. I love putting these as a salad topping, adds just the right amount of flavor. I absolutely enjoy the jalapeño and BBQ flavors. Of course the healthiest things to taste as the reality thing but they come pretty close.

These snacks have a good flavor, but the texture is awful. Not for me.
