This addition to our home changed my life, after multiple car accidents and back problems ever since I've been unable to resistance train (been resistance training for nearly 20 years prior to the accident, 10 years without due to not being able to without aggravating the issues.) Being able to be suspended in the air to train and also do hangs to decompress my spine everyday has been life changing to my overall health. Small footprint (fits in a tiny condo but make sure your ceiling is high enough. We lucked out on that part so this fit perfectly.) Only down side is our cats get a bit antsy when we are on it as they don't understand what's going on since they've never seen me train before! (But they're getting used to it.) Absolutely buy this to make an addition to your exercise routine! Thank you Sam's Club for an incredible price for an incredible product.

I'm impressed with the product. Simply put, it is well put together. It was the easiest assembly that I have ever put together. The instructions were easy to follow. The nuts and bolts fit perfectly and I didn't have to retry anything. Everything went smooth. I have used the machine and and it works as it is intended. very sturdy piece of equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble. Use it every day. Easily takes my 216 lbs frame

This machine has so much to offer. We all enjoy working out on it, even my 3 boys! We enjoy the family time together.

This is exactly what I was looking for when trying to create a small home gym during quarantine. It’s sturdy so it doesn’t wobble much at all while doing dips, pull ups, and crunches, and the weight bench is a great addition. With the weight bench folded, it has a small footprint, and it’s easy enough to slide around the entire tower to maneuver into different locations. The construction is solid. Putting it together wasn’t too bad; it took a few hours from start to finish. I would highly recommend a ratchet set when tightening the nuts and bolts.

The power tower is well built and a great value for the money.

Easy to put together after you figure out the difference between screws.

Great for beginners and moderately experienced strength trainers. Several options for exercises allow for variety and flexibility which prevents boredom. Highly recommend!

All together a sterdy piece of equipment. I have a couple of reasons why I gave it a 3 star rating. First of all the wrench included in the kit does not fit some of the bolts which makes it a challenge so make sure you have your own tools. Secondly the bench is almost useless. It is very Flimsy and can’t support much weight. I am 6’2 210 and when I tried to perform certain Exercises on it it started making cracking noises so I had to stop. However, It makes a good back support when performing leg raises. The manual states not to tighten all the bolts until a certain point. Make sure you follow that since there needs to be a little bit of give for all the parts to fit. I learned that the hard way. It took me about 4 hours to put everything together without help and with limited equipment.

The parts are deformed and the handlers part's come off . The customer service is good. They give me a discount but it's no sturdy enough.
