I bought this for an upcoming party and for trial run in my food truck. DO NOT BUY. The franks were nothing but mush and fillers. FULL of grease which basically exploded out of it. Not to mention and a very off putting flavor. I am fairly easy to please especially if something is a good deal, but these were a no go even for personal consumption. I am hearing from other vendors that something changed in the product. I would buy a cheap Bar S brand in terms of taste in comparison to these. No replacement for a good frank such as Nathan's.

Used to be good, but, the wonders theyll do to a hot dog roller machince is enough to make me mad. The "skin" is so thin they will burn on the rollers. Cleaning the rollers after every event used to be what was done and the rollers looked like new again. Now? Cleaning the rollers a minimum of 3 times an event PLUS after the event just to stay on top of it. Failure to do so WILL leave baked on, goo that has to be scraped off, washing wont do! For the price increase and the mess left behind? Not worth it! When you want quality get a difft brand. If you dont use a roller machine, u may be ok, but me? Noooope! Never again.
