These are simple to prepare and taste the period doesn't matter whether I serve them straight, with a little salt, a little butter, or anything I want to add to it.

What type of wizardry does Del Monte use to make their green beans so much better than the store brand green beans? I have 2 cases of store brand green beans and I keep coming back to Sam's to get the Del Monte because they have a better taste. They are especially good with some kerrygold salted butter and a ribeye.

The green beans are good but I do sometimes find a stem in them. not enough to stop buying I think they have a good texture and taste good

Great value for money . My family loves these green beans and prefers them to fresh in green bean casserole. I always rinse them in fresh water before cooking as this brings out the green bean flavor .

My family has been using Del Monte green beans since I was a child. I continue to use it for my family and my chidren use it for their families. Buying a case at Sams helps make it affordable.

I finally learned how to cook can green beans and now I cook them all of the time. My husband always said that he did not like them, but now he ask for them.

The Del Monte brand was my Mom’s favorite canned vegetable brand since the 1950’s, and I’ve continued with her tradition. I’ve tried other brands, cheaper and more expensive, but I always come back to Del Monte. Freshness & Flavor is always reliable. My annual holiday serving of the Green Bean Casserole wouldn’t be as satisfying and flavorful if I didn’t use Del Monte.

7 of 8 cans had various levels of denting but the package box was perfect. Does this mean Sam's Club is buying damaged goods from Del Monte and passing them on as new to the consumer? Have not tried the product yet but I am trying the Del Monte brand to see if the product is better than the Members Mark brand even though more expensive (too many stems and blemished beans in the house brand).

I like to buy Green Beans in bulk, they’re convenient to keep on hand. I’m disappointed in Del Monte’s inconsistency. I’ll open one can that has several stems in it and another that’s fine. I realize they can’t keep all stems out but compared to other brands they’re not doing a very good job.

I was not very happy when I opened the box and all the cans were dented. The outside box did not appear damaged, but all the cans were dented. I am a plus member because I live 50 miles from the closest store. Not worth having it shipped if it is going to be damaged 3 or 4 times out of 5 shipments.
