I feel like they help control my temp somewhat while I sleep so I am not so hot. They fit snug on the bed and are easy to put on as well. The pillow cases being the same helped me to be more comfy too feeling smooth and silky and staying cool also. The color goes well with everything too so they are a perfect fit all around.
