Being one who has to watch their carbohydrate content, this bead works. It's also healthier than white bread

This bread is always fresh. I put the extra loaf in the freezer and it freezes well. When I thaw it out it's still very fresh.

I really dislike this bread. But apparently Sam’s has stopped selling the whole grain bread that I regularly buy! So this was my only option. Won’t buy it again.

I have bought this item 3 times. Each time there has been mold growing only 1 day after purchase. Will not buy again from Sam's
