Easy to assemble, product arrived as described and well packaged. Our box arrived torn and very damaged but the delivery guys had already inspected it to ensure the contents were undamaged (they were right). that's how well packaged the pieces are! Very comfortable set, highly recommend!

This set is beautiful and such good quality. Had a hard time finding it in stock and couldn't order,I purchased it in line at a store that was 1hr away from me. When my husband and I unpacked it and set it up I discovered that one of the cushions on the back of the couch was an inch and 1/2 shorter then the other two. I called the 800# and they were so helpful. They sent me a replacement cushion and which I received in two days. Great customer service!!!

I had shopped around looking for a 3 seat couch and Gliding chairs and all the sets were so expensive when they had gliders, until I found this one. The set comes packaged so well all you need are 3 screws for the furniture and a few more for the table. It's so comfortable and I love the color!

We are very happy with our purchase of this furniture set. The order was delivered a few days earlier than advertised. The packing (in a single large box) was very efficient and well-padded and wrapped. The delivery guys were kind enough to carry around to our patio. The furniture itself is of good quality, cushions firm and comfortable, and we love the look of our patio.

I rarely write reviews but I'm so pleased with this set upon arrival. We looked at several sets for many months before making a decision to just go for it; and online without actually seeing the set! Based on reviews we had high hopes and were not disappointed. We looked at a similar set at another club warehouse for $600 more but with COVID they didn't actually get their shipment in and it was always backordered online. Man am I glad they didn't. I like this set even better and for cheaper. The reviews are correct that the packaging is amazingly done. We were cracking up as we unpackaged it and couldn't believe they managed to get all of that in one box. I was sure the delivery was missing something.

So comfortable

Great set arrived in one large box that the shipper left on the driveway. It was easy to get out of the packing and using a hand truck was able to move the pieces to the lanai in the back yard.

Bought this set, and we just love it!! Beautiful, comfortable!! Our friends think it's gorgeous!! Very very happy! Also bought the Pensacola outdoor rug too. So happy!!

This furniture is amazing. It is heavy and large - I purchased for a rooftop deck and getting it up was tough. Friends love it, the gliding motion is lovely. I am missing one chair cover. Is there a way to get one?

Purchased online, but picked up in club. Painless and very efficient pickup. Easy assembly and extremely comfortable. I don't think my family have left our porch since we have assembled. Great piece!
