Bought this set a few months ago and we love it. It is quite comfortable and beautiful. I can't comment on durrability as it's just a few months old but we really enjoy it thus far. Assembly was easy and I have 2 left hands so coming from me that should mean a lot. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase! The furniture is well made and was easy to put together. A little advice... it's a 2 person job to get the furniture unpacked - it comes in one box and is tightly packed. One more thing, screws, etc., were labeled for chair and table (for 2 chairs, table and sofa). Before panicking and calling customer service, check the inventory sheet that's included. It's all there. Bottom line, I love it!

We are very happy with the patio set. This is our first major purchase from Sam's Club and the order and delivery process was trouble-free. Set was very well packaged. Assembling the sofa (three bolts) and table (12 bolts) was straightforward and easy (it took longer to unbox and remove protective wrapping than to put it together). All items seem well made and offer a good value for the price. (Anything comparable in our local stores was at least twice the price.) Chairs and sofa are comfortable. The "wicker weaving" on all the pieces is straight and blemish-free. The Sunbrella fabric appears to be high quality and cushion seams/welting were straight and well sown. The rocker bases are sturdy, and the swivel and rocking functions smooth with no wobbling. We did have one small scuffed area (~1/4 inch long) on one table leg where the paint had been scratched away and the bare metal was showing. E-mailed customer service and they express mailed touch-up paint which easily fixed the issue (was impressed the paint arrived three days after contacting them). The set looks absolutely great on our lanai, and we would recommend it.

Great set. Nice quality, especially for the price when compared to other sets I have shopped for. The cushions are especially nice and piped around the edges to give them a more upscale feel. Love the 360• swivel of the chairs. The set is not small scale and tiny like some you buy online, but it is not huge and oversized either. I feel like it is sized just right, and fits our screened in porch perfectly. It was packed very nicely in one large box, delivered by truck, and nothing was damaged. There was only minor assembly of the coffee table and legs on the bottom of the sofa. Would buy again.

This set of patio furniture is extremely nice. Very nicely made and very comfortable. Was delivered in a fair amount of time, set in our garage and in only one box. Unbelievable how they pack all the pieces together. Was only disappointed the weeks before it was $200.00 off and because of Covid 19, we couldn't get it at that time. When we were able to buy it, they couldn't honor the sale price. Such is life! Enjoying it anyway!

Love my patio set. Love the swivel glide side chairs. Had all the family over for Easter, and they loved it. Changed out the throw pillows to better match the rug I also purchased from Sam's.

The furniture seems of good quality and comfortable, but I only had it set up for a couple of weeks now so I'll see how it holds-up. The delivery service was excellent and helpful, they arrived right on time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that it was packed in one huge box on a pallet making it imposable the bring it through the house and out to the back patio. I ended up moving my cars and storing the box in the garage were I broke down the box, unpacked each piece and all the cushions. With the help of a neighbor we carried each item through the house to the patio. If it was pack in several smaller boxes I could have avoided that middle step.

I love the style and appearance of this patio set. The cushions are very comfortable. The pillows are very pretty and complement the set. I love that the chairs rock and swivel. We were very surprised by the size of the box when the store clerks brought it out to our car! All the furniture, minus the coffee table, is all put together already! We brought 2 SUV's, luckily, and unpacked everything from the box and played tetris with our 2 cars to fit everything for the drive home. One other disappointment is the swivel chairs are so loose that they never sit forward on our porch. They always turn backwards. I was also disappointed in the misleading "deep seating" label. With the cushions being so thick the seating is not deep seating! I really do love this set, I just wanted to be as honest as possible.

This set was exactly what we were looking for. Shipping was even faster than stated and everything was very easy to put together. Cushions are thick and comfy and I love that it comes with covers. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that one little slat on the front of one chair was broken in the box. I reached out to customer service and have not received any kind of response. Will update if they respond.

I had problems from the start. I was suppose to get FREE delivery and it showed delivery charges at checkout. I called and was told to go ahead and purchase and Sam's would reimburse after. I was not able to inspect the delivery after drop off and found the problem and had to return to my local Sam's Club that same day to return produce.
