Good tasting cheese, however, needs a separator. I found it difficult to separate one slice of cheese without breaking it.

Great value but did not actually get to enjoy since I forgot it in my trunk and found it after 3 90 degree days. Does melt.

While the cheese itself tastes like mild cheddar the fact that there is no paper separating each slice makes it difficult to separate.

I love buying in bulk, an old habit I grew into as I raised my family. I use this cheese for everything. The taste is delicious, melts perfectly and I swear it makes the best grilled grilled cheese ever.

This is a good quality cheese that has a good shelf life and taste. The price is a little high for a warehouse club like Sams but still cheaper than other places.
