The texture is waxy/plasticy, and the flavor is bland not anywhere near as tasty as mainstream brands such as Sargento or even Crystal farms.

Cheese that must be ate immediately or it spoils and gets very oily. Not a good choice of cheese slices.

Has a good flavor and not over powering. Having it already sliced is nice and the resealable pouch helps it stay fresh for weeks.

Great for grilled cheese or burgers. Who am I kidding lol eating right out of package. Good taste and texture.

Just basic cheese. Note these are NOT individually wrapped singles. And they are a little dry, but do hold up well on sandwiches.

Family likes the cheese. Taste just as good as HEB's or Kroger's brand cheddar cheese except you get a bunch more.

I love the convenience of this large package of cheese. We use it just about every day with no worries about running out for quite awhile!

This was not my favorite cheese. I made grilled cheese sandwiches. The taste was different and so gummy. I won’t buy this again!
