They are overall fine, except there are many black spots in the fries and these are what one would normally cut out of an actual potato before preparing if one were making their own home fries or baked potato.

I paid with my own money because after several emails And attempts I was never seen the gift card to purchase like was recommended so I purchase the product myself. It was salted and crispy because we used the air fryer method. The packaging was easy to open. I would say to throw some seasoning on it. The fries were freezer burned, But that was not a problem.
