It could be that I'm not following the cooking instructions correctly but these things are always either overcooked or undercooked. They also seem to cool in seconds. Very strange.

These are pretty good fries tbh! What I love most about these brand of frozen potatoes is that they don’t taste frozen... and I love a crinkle cut fry period. And they have a good size bag if you have a family!

Would you mind perhaps slicing the potatoes lengthwise or use adequate size spuds?? Embarrassing how small these are and a good deal need to be stabbed by fork.

Very satisfied with this product...much cheaper buying this 8 pound bag then buying in the grocery store.....a quick side to hamburgers and hot dogs...and the best part it.....is I get More for my money!!!!!

I have been using these fries for a few of years, 15-20 bags per week. Fries are not turning golden brown. They stay white, they are cooked, they just do not look like they are.

I really feel like these stay crunchy way better than some other brands even if you don’t have an air fryer, they come out great in the over as well. I suggest baking on parchment paper if you are using the oven.

My favorite fries for my family. This brand is really the best and come put so crisp and delicious. We use these for a few recipes like Carne asada fries and my family loves them.
