The steam and sanitize features keep the clothes in their shape and structure which means less damage and more use. Aside from the music that it plays when the drying is done everything is top notch!

Mine broke in the first year because the engineers designed it with a small pulley system, The service guy showed us how cheaply it was made and the problems that persist with this design. One of the more expensive systems they make and the service guy said they are made to break to replace within 4 yrs. We have had to buy in every 4 yr of the past because they cannot handle the use. Sadd........

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product changed my bad habits. It helped me dry my clothes better. The features on it helped me a lot. The capacity was able to fit all my clothes. The connectivity was good when I was at work. Did I mention steam?

Takes over two hours to dry sheets because it twists and balls them up into a heavy solid mass. Doesn't matter what setting you put it on -- bulky items, bedding -- or if you you dryer balls or not, or if we put in just a few items -- just one set of sheets. It is just a very bad technology and is extremely wasteful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 7.5 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer Great dryer with fast, even drying and plenty of capacity. The smart features are helpful, and cycles run quietly. Only small downside is that the app can lag occasionally, but overall it's been a strong upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer dries my full load a lot quicker than my 20 year old dryer. I do need to set the dryness level at the highest setting in order for the clothes to be fully dry for the most part. However, there are still instances where the clothes still come out damp even at this highest setting. I would then need to put the clothes back in and use the timed dry function.

I just love it it's Amazing. Even the color true black with bronze it is such a beauty The clothes dried super quick depending on the time you set it on I'm glad I chose this Samsung dryer.
