I am so happy they are still offering this feature. The capacity of the drum is great and I feel like the sanitization is powerful enough for all the clothes inside. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how I can wash bigger load at a time with ease. I can wash loads of dirty clothes with with the capacity size of my new Samsung washer. This machine is so quite that it won't wake up my family and next door neighbors. Having a front-end washer makes loading and unloading a breeze. Having the ability to control the washer through my phone is awesome, saves me so much time on checking to see if its done with the cycle. I haven't used the steam feature just yet but I'm guessing it will save loads of time getting rid of wrinkles.

Bought a washer and dryer pair. Absolutely love them. Connected with Smart Things. I dont have to guess when i have to move to the dryer ir wonder if the wash is done. Super simple detergent fill. No need to select load size anymore. Stylish looking also

Not our first experience with Samsung as all our kitchen appliances television & sound bar are Samsung. This Samsung 7.2 cu ft electric dryer with multi steam and AI and the Samsung 5.2 cu ft washing mashing with with multi steam and AI are fantastic machines. We have full control on our I phones as well we can also turn off each machine from our Samsung tv. Having our 2 machines downstairs this helps us tremendously at our advanced age. I got this in our new house installed by the builder love it so far performance and quality is much better than the ones that I have used before I had always use Frigidaire and whirlpool, but this is far better than any other fridge that I have used love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved the machine for its performance and many personalized options and interior light. Whet we found to be extremely annoying is the music played at the end of each load, we can not figure out how to turn it off.

Takes over two hours to dry sheets because it twists and balls them up into a heavy solid mass. Doesn't matter what setting you put it on -- bulky items, bedding -- or if you you dryer balls or not, or if we put in just a few items -- just one set of sheets. It is just a very bad technology and is extremely wasteful.

Overall, a nice dryer. Nice capacity seems to dry items well. Getting the dryer delivered was the worst thing I've ever had to deal to deal with. Will think twice before buying a large item from Sam's again... I've never had issues like this with other retailers.
