Not our first experience with Samsung as all our kitchen appliances television & sound bar are Samsung. This Samsung 7.2 cu ft electric dryer with multi steam and AI and the Samsung 5.2 cu ft washing mashing with with multi steam and AI are fantastic machines. We have full control on our I phones as well we can also turn off each machine from our Samsung tv. Having our 2 machines downstairs this helps us tremendously at our advanced age. I am so happy they are still offering this feature. The capacity of the drum is great and I feel like the sanitization is powerful enough for all the clothes inside. Bought a washer and dryer pair. Absolutely love them. Connected with Smart Things. I dont have to guess when i have to move to the dryer ir wonder if the wash is done. Super simple detergent fill. No need to select load size anymore. Stylish looking also

Please don't purchase this product if you don't want to have a bad time with the Samsung Delivery company RXO. They will try to delivery a defective unit or bended item in the corners or other places, please check it before they go. If you try to get a replacement they promise a day but them they can't and they will try to force you to get another day that is not available for you. I have like a month with this back and for and still don't have the unit. I will return it and purchase another brand. Stay away from Samsung and their delivery company RXO
