I love all the features and how easy it is to use. It is also super efficient, even without the super speed it is pretty fast! I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint about this product was during shipping the drum came dislodged on its rollers so the first time I used it, the product made a loud noise. I then had to take the.product apart but was able to fix it relatively quickly, I am however pretty handy with tools. I couldn't imagine if I didn't know what to do.... over all absolutely love the dryer wouldve gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the shipping issue.

Ordered the first dryer on June 7th and it was delivered defective-drum rubbing on outside wall. The replacement dryer was delivered today- it also was defective with the same issue. the delivery people shared that they deliver for various manufacturers and Samsung is by far the worse.

It took us 4 tries over 3 months, and was even denied a replacement the first time around until I managed to convince a representative that I have turned the machine on only once to diagnose the issue. They were willing to leave me a brand new but damaged unit.

I love the sensor dry feature as it automatically adjusts the time and temperature depending on the moisture level - which really changes depending on the type of clothes or towels I've washed. The steam sanitize feature does wonders for removing any last germs, pollen, and/or mites. I love that it gets rids of odors and wrinkles so I can freshen up clothing anytime. The connection to the smartthings app keeps me notified about taking clothes out, so I also deal with less wrinkles. The large capacity of the dryer lets me run all my large washer loads without running multiple dryer cycles.

This set has more features I especially love the Wi-Fi capability and it works with our Samsung family hub smart things app. so i could start the washer or dryer from my phone. and it sends me alerts not only on my phone but also on my TV's as well because every major appliance and tv in my house is now Samsung

I bought this Samsung dryer to replace my Maytag dryer I bought when first moving into my house and I am way more happy with this samsung dryer than I am with that Maytag even tho its only been 2 months since I got this Samsung dryer! Highly recommended SAMSUNG #1
