(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The dryer does a good job. I find the wrinkle away setting has to be at least 30 minutes to work properly and actually get out the wrinkles. If you do a load of jeans, make sure tonise very dry setting or they come out damp. Love the size of the dryer- makes it easy for less loads.

We have several Samsung products that use everyday, so we figured why not, right? Excellent choice (pat ourselves on the back)! We love everything about this dryer. We initially joked about the WiFi, but jokes on us cuz we use regularly! Haven't used the steam function yet, plan to when we're in the new house and the washer/dryer are side-by-side. Right now the face each other in the walkthrough laundry room. I even love the color and will get matching washer when current one fails us - probably with a full load that is in soak mode.

The old one had developed a continuous banging noise that certainly was going to lead to a failure. So, we proactively bought new. This new machine makes a banging noise in transition between speeds that literally sounds like a jackhammer. It has frightened my daughters when they are in a different level in the house! It significantly (2x) louder than our old one. Some cycles we don't hear much noise, some loads are louder than others. We have not been able to associate with with a type of load (towels, or just t-shirts). We will be contacting service to have them come out and take a look. I expect them do say it's normal. Very unhappy with the noise level, to the point we may just write it off financially has a mistake. The machine is level side to side and back to back.

Like the connectivity with my phone and the music at the end of the cycle is much better than a buzzer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer 3 weeks ago along with its twin washer. These units are amazing, I set to my android device and bam...I know the second everything is done. I would definitely recommend this dryer to friends and family.

Would give it 5 star if it worked longer than 6 months. My wife loves it but heating element has already went out. We had a Maytag for 10 years and never had a problem. And it was half the price. Now I am trying to find a heating element and it looks like a have to order it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how I can wash bigger load at a time with ease. I can wash loads of dirty clothes with with the capacity size of my new Samsung washer. This machine is so quite that it won't wake up my family and next door neighbors. Having a front-end washer makes loading and unloading a breeze. Having the ability to control the washer through my phone is awesome, saves me so much time on checking to see if its done with the cycle. I haven't used the steam feature just yet but I'm guessing it will save loads of time getting rid of wrinkles.

The dryer controls are easy to understand and make doing laundry enjoyable. The dryer is quiet and the smart features for setting up custom cycles is great. I get notifications on my other smart devices when the cycle is done so no more having to check to see when its time to switch out the laundry!
