Ordered the first dryer on June 7th and it was delivered defective-drum rubbing on outside wall. The replacement dryer was delivered today- it also was defective with the same issue. the delivery people shared that they deliver for various manufacturers and Samsung is by far the worse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my new samsung dryer has been great! the stackable design has allowed me to open up my laundry area to make it more useful. the dryer controls are easy to understand and make doing laundry enjoyable. the dryer is quiet and the smart features for setting up custom cycles is great. i get notifications on my other smart devices when the cycle is done so no more having to check to see when its time to switch out the laundry! the normal cycle works great and gets my laundry dry quickly and the refresh steam cycle will get wrinkles out of my shirt without having to iron it. i really like the large capacity of the dryer and the ability to switch which way the door swings. this dryer is great!

Love our washer and have no problems with it at all! Dryer on the other hand has been a bit of a problem with the lint trap door as it has broke off. Then the lint slots are horrible for build up so after two loads we have to clean them with small brushes in the small spaces.

the samsung series 6300 dryer is outstanding! the sanitize option is amazing! we have a family of 7 (4 teenagers). our dryer tends to be used daily. the sanitize option has made me so much more confident that my clothes are clean. the drying is great! my favorite part..... the steam option is top notch! this new samsung dryer is not only beautiful, it is quiet and extremely efficient. the dryer is spacious and quickly dries your clothes. there are many settings including steam settings. the smart functions are very convenient and after adding the washer and dryer to the samsung smart things app the notifications are fantastic. this is a wonderful addition to my home and it makes my home much more efficient i will highly recommend this appliance to all of my family and friends.

i just love everything about this samsung dryer, it's one of the best i ever had. i like the modern appearance and how quiet it is when it's running. it's has so many great features and is very user friendly. my favorite features are the steam plus sanitize and the refresh. i really like that i can take cloths thats been in the closet for a while and quickly refresh them to wear. it is energy efficient and the drying time is custom to what type of load it is. i get so much more laundry done during the day, and im very pleased with this dryer. everyone in my household love it. i can control and keep track of everything when i'm away with the smart things app so that's a plus. it's a really great dryer and i would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
