[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing machine. Love the steam sanitize option. A way better and more eco friendly way to sanitize clothes rather than adding more chemicals. And it does it very well and doesn't take too much time. No wrinkles , connection is ok, not the best but works most the time. Size is great for me personally,capacity and all.

This dryer was brand new and we started having issues with it a year ago. It would sometimes work for awhile and then all of a sudden stop. We have been hoping that it will start working again soon, but no such look. We have the matching washer machine and would hate to have to get another brand, but now feel forced.

Able to efficiently handle large loads without issue and able to send alerts to mobile device via notifications. For the most part clothing isn't as wrinkled compared to our previous dryer.

This dryer is super frustrating. On the surface it looks like a great dryer. However, the moisture sensor is way to aggressive. Even when I put it set to maximum dryness it still stops way short of where the clothes should be. Who wants to walk around with wet waists and collars? Sure I can put it on time dry and go that route but what's the point of having a sensor function that performs so horribly? I see by other reviews that I'm not alone.
