It’s quiet, more efficient and the WiFi integrated feature allows us to know when it has stopped by working with other Samsung appliances (TV and Refrigerator) notifications that work with Smart Things app. So far it’s been a great choice over other available appliances.

We are now able to get laundry done and put up without it feeling like a chore or like it takes forever. This washer also gets our bedding done in 2 cycles! (Sheets and pillowcases in 1 load and the comforter in another) i used to have to go to the laundry mat if we wanted to wash our bedding but with samsung we can stay home for it!

It dries clothes very quickly, they always come out wrinkle free. The lint collector comes out very easily and can be cleaned easily. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how I can wash bigger load at a time with ease. I can wash loads of dirty clothes with with the capacity size of my new Samsung washer. This machine is so quite that it won't wake up my family and next door neighbors. Having a front-end washer makes loading and unloading a breeze. Having the ability to control the washer through my phone is awesome, saves me so much time on checking to see if its done with the cycle. I haven't used the steam feature just yet but I'm guessing it will save loads of time getting rid of wrinkles.

The smart features have been convenient with adjusting settings . The Smart things integration makes life easier! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing product, this was one of the most awesome buys. This is my third pair because I bought some for my parents and for my rental property. I am amazed of how easy it is to use and how easy is to clean up. I am a Sammy team person I own TV. Refrigerator and Laundry units plus phone and tables and PC hahaha but this dryer is one of the best in my opinion. Although I do not use the steam option but I will try in my new home. Hope it works great.

On Normal dry cycle with a medium size load, jeans do dry completely with the preset dry cycle. Doesn’t seem to sense that they’re still moist and run a bit longer. Second issue is that I can’t connect to the SmartThings app. Nowhere does Samsung have clear instructions and/or troubleshooting steps.
