I just love it it's Amazing. Even the color true black with bronze it is such a beauty The clothes dried super quick depending on the time you set it on I'm glad I chose this Samsung dryer. Exactly I love the products my whole house has all Samsung all over wouldn't trade them for nothing. Thx I'm a true satisfied customer

Takes over two hours to dry sheets because it twists and balls them up into a heavy solid mass. Doesn't matter what setting you put it on -- bulky items, bedding -- or if you you dryer balls or not, or if we put in just a few items -- just one set of sheets. It is just a very bad technology and is extremely wasteful.

Overall, a nice dryer. Nice capacity seems to dry items well. Getting the dryer delivered was the worst thing I've ever had to deal to deal with. Will think twice before buying a large item from Sam's again... I've never had issues like this with other retailers.

Since day 1 the installer guy left the faulty machine causing circuit tripping every time we try to switch it on. Though just few days we got it installed only 10 days, the samsung support team doesn't want to replace and saying our technician will visit and repair. Got the ticket created but no one contacted till date. It's a he'll to get the support.
