In small print, on the lower back corner of my last bag, it clearly said that this product does NOT meet the standard requirements to be called “chocolate.” So the logical question is, why is the manufacturer and Sam's calling this chocolate?

I was skeptical but these taste just like semi-sweet baking chips from Toll House. definitely satisfying the chocolate craving. No weird after taste so far. Will be buying again. Sam's club, dont get rid of these!
