I love these bars because of the fiber. People criticize them for the artificial sugar, and I get it. However, protein is not appetizing. It can be very hard to find a bar or shake you can actually tolerate. The fact that I like the taste, am getting a good amount of protein, and a great deal of fiber, it’s a huge win for me. Eating more than 2 can lead to bloating and stomach issue due to the high fiber content, so be careful. :)

We thought these were Quest CRISPY, (Quest's light, crispy style bars that are similar to Rice Krispie Treats or Adkins Crispy bars). These are very unpleasant. We do not like these at all! They are dangerous for dental work! We don't live near a Sam's Club to return them, so I guess our money is just gone. I hope Sam's cares about reviews. The QUEST CRISPY bars are entirely different.

If you’re looking for something that tastes like high pressure compressed protein powder with some chew to it and can be smashed in the bottom of your backpack for a month or two and not crumble or leave chocolate on your clothes during flights these are reliable. Lots of protein and fiber. However taste is not my favorite ever. For sure feel full and allows a good tie over when u can’t get a meal.

These are terrible. Raw cookie dough.

You need to have boxes with just one flavor.

The cookies and cream are not very good and the package has more of those than the other flavors.
