This never happened before but this package of pita bread molded in about 1week! Appeared to have some moisture in the bag when it arrived.

I love this flatbread

Less sodium and calories than naan, quite tasty, makes a great personal sized pizza (esp for children), and perfect for a sandwich (folded quesadilla-style).

Wish they were a little more pliable don't know if they changed the recipe or not
