I tried just about every diaper on the market. Then I discovered that not only is Luvs inexpensive, but they are the best on leaks. I have never had a leaky diaper using Luvs unless my children had a massive blow-out. They still held up better than any others I have tried and contained most of the mess. Ever since I have discovered Luvs, I have not used any other brand (except when they were in Preemie size diapers). I am adopting a baby and plan on using Luvs on him as well.

I bought a box of size 6 for my 22month old daughter. She is 2'8.5" tall and weights 30lbs. The diaper has a gap on the side like they are too small for it. We do pull ups at home and diapers when out and about shopping or her therapy appointments. So i am now stuck with a large box of diapers(103 left out of a 104 count box) because I am afraid they will leak

these diapers leak. horribly. the diapers leaked (with a soiled diaper) at the doctor's office--i was going to pass the baby around at the doctor's and when i picked the baby up, the diaper had leaked. thank goodness I was the one that picked up the baby and not someone else who would've ended up with excrement on their hands. And just yesterday, a soiled diaper leaked through her pajamas, out the leg hole and up her back. this is absolutely ridiculous. i would try to get my money back, but i threw out the packaging and so do not have the UPC code and do not have an unused diaper to return to the company. i will never purchase these diapers again and will recommend to everyone i know to NOT use Luvs diapers.

I Like the prices of the loves diapers they are certainly more affordable than other brands. What i didn`t like about Luvs diapers was, the second my daughter wet the diaper the odor of urine was very obvious and strong. Other diapers somehow must have something that helps conceal the odor, not something i would have ever noticed about other diapers until trying a pack of Luvs and realizing they smell. Other than that the fit was ok... not great but okay. I personaly will continue to spend and extra couple bucks and buy a diaper i like better, fits better and smells fresh. I regularly change my childs diaper and don`t allow for her to sit in a wet diaper but i also don't want a strong smell of urine the second she wets her diaper.

I have used Luvs on both of my kids and was pleased until the recent change.. that gel stuffing now comes out all over my little girl and she urinates once or twice and the diaper is ridiculously full and leaking. These diapers need to be taken off the shelf.

When I had my first child (now 10) I tried every kind of diaper and Luvs were the best overall...price vs. quality. I have 5 kids and when I started using them on my youngest, now 14 months, they leaked extremely bad without the diaper being full. I was constantly changing her diaper as well as her clothes. So I thought that she was a newborn with lots of fluid going in, as well as coming out, so I changed brands (to a more expensive diaper, much to my dismay) and that solved the problem...no more leaky diapers. Just recently, I have cut back on her bottles, so I decided to try Luvs again!?! Same problem...wet outside and not even a half-full diaper. I WISH THEY WOULD GO BACK TO THEIR OLD "RECIPE" THEY WORKED MUCH BETTER!!!! I have read lots of the reviews with my same basic complaint and Luvs has the same response, move to the next size up. I think after five kids I know when to move to the next size, that is not the issue. Sorry I wish that I could stay loyal, like I was the first 8 1/2 years of diaper changing, the last 1 1/2 years have not been good "Luvs-years". I will NEVER buy Luvs again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These diapers are very absorbent. My son wears them and we never have any problem with leaks. There is a wetness indicator that lets you know when the diaper is wet, and a triple wetguard protection at the spots where the diaper would be the most wet. The characters on the design are pretty cute as well. These work well for us!

We started using Luvs when my son was in a size 3, after trying every other expensive brand under the sun and not being satisfied a friend recommended Luvs and we gave them a chance... ultimately our favorite diaper! Expecting baby #2 and have stocked nothing but Luvs!!

First of all I would like to say that I have been a loyal Luvs user through five children and many years. To say I was disappointed with the product is putting it very lightly. In my very first use of the new diaper my youngest daughter had a horrible blow out. We just assumed that it was wrong positioning or some kind of bad luck we were wrong. We continued to use these diapers and started having leaks overnight, every night. We have two in diapers and we change them three times in the 8 hours they spend sleeping and they still leaked every single night. So we tried a bigger size to see if that would fix the problem, It did not. We are so disappointed and not even sure how to proceed. We have never used any other brand or even consider it before now but it looks like not only were we forced to spend the same amount of money on less diapers, but we also cannot use them. I will be shopping for another brand today unfortunately.
