Not good, taste expired but isn't. The air in each package is strange. Had to throw them away. I'll learn how to make my own before I buy these again.

This is a snack, but much more. This snack has held over both coaches and athletes when they need a little push to get them through whatever part of the day they're in. In the athletic world, different people are in different levels of fitness, this is a good snack to "push through".

These bars are very small and the packaging on the bars was like they crammed them into the box.

Good variety. Kind of crumbly though. Husband did not like.

They were dry and not as checwy as they used to be.

When I bought this a month ago, I was very happy, and the shipping was great.

They crumbled when we opened each one
