Nightmare purchase would never ever recommend to anybody to ever purchase a large item or furniture from Sam's Club. There's a huge conflict between Sam's Club and their delivery carriers. They cannot communicate. They wanna blame each other. It is nothing short of a nightmare. Order keeps getting changed. You'll be given a nine hour delivery window that you have to sit and wait and they may or may not call you half an hour before the delivery and then if you're not there in a blink of an eye when they go to deliver they'll just leave it sitting outside.

I'm absolutely in love with this cabinet. It's a beautiful, high-quality piece—especially impressive considering the price point. The materials feel solid, the cabinet itself is quite heavy, and it has a very sturdy, well-built feel. Assembly was minimal and straightforward, which was a huge plus. It also arrived surprisingly fast, within just two days. Overall, an excellent purchase that exceeded my expectations.

I had been eyeing this piece for quite a while. I decided to purchase two since Sam's had it on sale for Christmas. Pick up the piece and at first I was not going to open because I am getting my room painted but my husband wanted to check things out. I am so glad he did! The first box we open the left side of the arch was chipped on the right inside the wood was spilt. You can tell it was spilt due to drilling the nail in too far. It is a shame that whoever put this piece together packed it to sell knowing it was defective. I truly loved the look but unfortunately, I will be returning.

It does look pretty nice, it's stylish, and it fits what we were looking for. There are plenty of pictures of people sharing the same sentiment, so I won't do that. What I will share is what we found when we looked a little closer. Most egregious is the glass doors. They are misaligned and uneven, easily noticable even from a distance once you see it. This misalignment also allows the left door to close more than the right, so the right one sticks out about 1/4". The next thing we noticed was inside the cabinet, one of the horizontal pieces of wood has a big split in it. Clearly happened during install and they just didn't care, sent it anyway. We also have a few spots where enough paint wasn't applied and you can see the dark primer underneath. And the included touch up pen does precisely nothing, it doesn't stick to the primer. We also noticed a handful of little dings and dents, and also several spots where it's "shiny". The paint is matte but these spots are glossy. Hard to capture on camera, but I have a pic of one of them. They do not wipe off. Most annoyingly of all, we reached out to Sam's about these issues and basically what they told us was, "You opened the box? (Yes, obviously) Well then you bought it, it's yours. Kick rocks."

If I paid $600 it'd be 1-star, but I got it on sale for $300. Honestly, if it wasn't a pain to get it back to the store I'd return it. The doors were loose (had to tighten the hinges), the handles are cheap plastic (and they put stickers on them in the most annoying place). The screws for the handles don't work, so when you pull the handle it just falls off (threads are wrong, or cheap plastic handles come pre-stripped). It had a couple scratches coming out of the box. Just a total bummer and I'll probably never buy Members Mark furniture again after this.

This cabinet is gorgeous! Arrived in perfect condition. A substantial piece made of solid wood; it is heavy and built to last a lifetime. The only assembly required is putting on the legs and door handles. Beautifully designed and stunning ensemble with the matching writing desk we purchased last month.

Biggest (positive) surprise was that it shipped 95% assembled and that I just had to put on the legs and door handles. It's packed insanely well (again a great surprise) and ships on a pallet. It looks great and the blue color is stunning. It feels sturdy and is HEAVY. This is a gem of a piece of furniture.

Very disappointed in the finish.
