We met with our salesman at a Mancini store. We discussed and laid on many mattresses. We initially were not considering this mattress until we spent time on it. The Medium Hybrid felt so much better than the others and the fact we did not have to turn the mattress was an added bonus! We just received it today and we spent time laying on it and wow! Even our cat loves it!

The best thing about the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress is that my wife doesn't feel anything when I toss and turn. I'm a restless sleeper, and I tend to move around a lot during the night. With our old traditional box spring / mattress set-up, every time I would fidget, she would feel it. Our new TEMPUR-Pedic mattress absorbs my moving around and she gets to continue with her blissful slumber. Also, I'm a tummy sleeper (when I finally settle down), and this mattress was rightly recommended for this type of sleeper. This is our first foam mattress, so I'm still getting used to the way it "hugs" me and the "sinking in." I might have preferred a firmer option, but I'm not willing to give up on this new experience so quickly. Finally, I can only wait till summer to find out whether this is a "hot" mattress. We bought this in Wintertime, so that's my biggest worry right now.

I settle in at zero gravity at night and next thing I know, it's morning and I've slept for 8 hours non-stop! And on top of the comfort I feel on my back, the mattress is actually cooling. I have slept on the Tempur-pedic medium adapt mattress for several weeks and I can honestly say it's been the best couple weeks of sleep. I have the mattress on a platform frame, making the height of the bed perfect. The mattress has a cooling effect that I love. The mattress is firm but extremely comfortable and soft once you lay on it. Another thing I love is that motion from my spouse doesn't affect my sleeping. The mattress does exactly what it says, it "adapts" to each sleeper.

We absolutely love our Temper-Adapt Hybrid. It is so comfortable and the adjustable base is amazing. We will never go back with a standard mattress. It was very expensive but worth every penny. Do not waste your money on anything else. Be aware that there is a breaking in period so you will feel it for a week or so. The mattress stays cool and pulls the heat away from you. The zero gravity feature on the adjustable base is simply the best thing ever. We have had our mattress four weeks and feel like new people. The muscle stiffness and soreness, back, neck and shoulder pain have been reduced by 90% and with RA and Degenerative Disk Disease that is saying a lot.

We have had the bed for a month. I find it-well-meh. My husband really wanted the Temurpedic mattress. He likes it. I find that it is like sleeping on an extremely overpriced board. To me the mattress is hard. When I am sleeping it does cradle me but then I turn over and am stuck in a rut. I can not transition from back to side with out climbing out of the hole I am in. Would I return it if I could- absolutely. Is it worth the exorbitant price-not at all. I could have spent far less and been happy.

I've only had the mattress for about 4 days now and I'm already noticing the difference in my back pain, I honestly can say that this is the best mattress I've ever had in my life. I don't know why I waited so long. I love the feel of the mattress and the cool to the touch feel of it. I will be a long time loyal customer and a happy one at that.

We have been sleeping on our king size TEMPUR-Adapt® Medium for about 3 weeks and we love it. We have been married for almost 50 years and this is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. I wish we had bought it years ago. We also have the cooling pillows and they are wonderful too. I am sleeping better and awake without back pain. The firmness is just right! Not too hard, not too soft. I no longer wake up because my hips or back is hurting from the pressure. Just try it and you will love it too.

Finally found that hard to get balance between support and comfort. I bought directly from Tempurpedic on their website, the customer service is not 5 star like the product, in fact it's not even a 1 star. It's too bad because the product is really great.

We bought the Adapt split king. The mattress makes the worst noise when you move around. The two mattresses separate and leave a 5 inch gap every night! The mattress is more like a medium-firm. I would rate it's firmness a 8 which is too hard. The floor model was softer but of course it had been layered on for years. I owned a BeautyRest before this and wish I hadn't got rid of it. I'm so sick of this mattress.
