I have had back and neck issues for years. This is the first morning I have woke up with out pain in my back and neck! Also, I have no headache! Best sleep ever. I am saving up for the ease frame! I have to pay one off and then get the other but it's so worth it! Thank you!

I've had this mattress for a month now. It was recommended due to the fact that my husband and I sleep in different positions. He's generally a stomach sleeper and I'm a side sleeper. He's generally fine with the mattress and thinks it's a good choice. I on the other hand am experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort that lasts throughout the day. Disappointed. Hoping it's only due to needing a break in period but at this stage it seems unlikely to change. It's also a pretty warm mattress.

I have been using the same Tempurpedic mattresses since 1999. My old mattress is still going strong, but it was time to upgrade to a larger size. I bought my first new Tempurpedic mattress a few months ago, and I'm happy to say that the product is still excellent. The order was processed quickly and delivery was on time and trouble-free. From website, to my bedroom, the experience was fast, efficient and professional. In these challenging times, service quality from many companies have suffered greatly. Not with Tempurpedic.

i bought the pillow with the mattress and glad I did. They work together to align my body perfectly. No more knee pain or sinus congestion waking me in the night. Worth every cent! It takes at least a week to "break it in". The mattress is hard the first few nights- I was advised by my sales person to walk on it- yes- stand on it and walk on it! it is essential in getting the mattress to the feel of the same you laid on.

I look forward to going to bed every night, because I know I am going to get the best rest and sleep that I have ever had. I find myself looking at the clock in the evening to see if it would not be too early to retire. My neighbors would think that I was ill if they saw that I had gone to bed by 7 PM, but I like to read when I go to bed; and I want to be warm and toasty and comfortable. My tempur pedic mattress gives me this comfort. Plus, my back and joints do not ache or feel sore when I arise every morning.

To be excited to go to bed at night & wake up in the morning where you just don't want to get out of bed. Right now my husband is there!! He gave it a 5 star rating. He is sleeping better at night with less turning & not having to find that right spot to get to sleep. Overall he is well rested in the morning & ready for his day. Myself I am at a 4...& I want to be honest, it's only been a little over 30 days. I am still hoping for a little more of the softness.But overall I am sleeping better with less body aches due from having arthritis in my knees. This was a big investment for us & overall we're are very satisfy Don't forget to buy the pillows, I do love my new pillow!! ❤❤❤

We had our Cloud Supreme warrantied - the best warranty experience I have ever had. However, the bed we got as a replacement is not as soft or comfortable as the last one. I regret choosing this one which they would give us for free instead of paying the extra for a better mattress. I called back after a week of trying it, but warrantied needs can not be returned. They did tell me that, and this one seemed fine in the store, but it's hard on my back and hips night after night. It's not horrible, but if recommend one of the higher lines if you have any back problems.

I have had a original tempurpedic mattress for 20 years and was still comfortable.we wanted to get a adjustable bed and I am telling everyone my adjusted king is amazingly comfortable, we feel so great in the morning, it's a must have, I had 3 back surgeries and this bed is the best

My Tempur-Pedic mattress arrived this week - right on time, as promised. The entire experience was a good one. I decided to visit a Tempur-Pedic store (Bellevue, WA) since I wanted expert advice. When I called to see if they would be open at the time I wanted to come in, I spoke with Kirby. He greeted me as soon as I entered when I and carefully reviewed several types of mattresses with me. He asked what I thought were important questions: 1) did I have any issues that concerned me (I have a bad back!) 2) what type of surface would I be putting the mattress on 3) how high off the floor would the mattress sit Kirby then recommended the perfect mattress for me. He set up a delivery date and the mattress came right on time. And I even received a call the next day to see if everything was in order. It's nice to know I have a 90 day trial period, even though I don't expect I would ever return the mattress.

I bought this mattress hoping to have a good experience, but all I did was waste my money on something that doesn't give me rest. The mattress sinks, and every day without exception I wake up with back pain, I have never had so much pain as now. The pain remains all day. I'm desperate because I spent a lot of money and I can't rest. I'm trying to find a solution, I hope Tempur can do something, since the investment is not cheap at all. When they solve the problem I will return with an update
