We loved our old bed, so were concerned we wouldn't love this one as much. Definitely love at first night! The transition was seamless, and we look forward to many more years of wonderful pressure-relieving sleep.

Even though the first few days we felt the mattress was too firm, it got adjusted to us and we are really enjoying it with sound and comfortable sleep.

Our first was for a queen bed and we upgraded to a split king. Each person can use any of the features without disturbing the other.

Had I known how amazing this bed and base was, I would have bought it years ago, even before my first car!!!! I think tempurpedic could be the solution for world peace! She's been struggling with back and hip pain and none of the mattresses designed for hospital beds was helping, and in fact, they were making things worse. We thought we would try a tempur-pedic mattress since we knew it was designed to help with back pain and figured it would work on a hospital bed frame much as it does on an adjustable bed frame. Since day one she's been sleeping better and waking up with less pain. In fact, she now looks forward to taking naps just about any time of the day.

It really is the best mattress I could've asked for and I sleep so much more comfortably every night because out it! Whenever you lay on the mattress initially it felt wonderful, especially when lying on your back, however I am a side sleeper with wide shoulders and over time I became uncomfortable, so I was concerned that I had perhaps chosen the wrong firmness. Perseverance prevailed! what I was experiencing was my body acclimatizing to a far superior support system than in effect was reshaping my posture that had been previously destroyed by my former tired mattress. I am now sleeping far better, less aches and pains, stronger back and feeling brighter and more reinvigorated in the mornings. The absolute plus is that the mattresses returns to its former glory every time... like climbing into a new bed each day!

We made the mistake of purchasing a new bed from a competitor. Less than 4 years, hate the mattresses. Went back to Tempurpedic. Like being hugged by an old friend. Will never buy another brand again. Sleeping like a baby again.
