I just had back surgery a couple of weeks ago and I am so glad that I bought this bed before doing so. But at a recent stay over a family members home, they had one in their guest bedroom. My very first night on this mattress had me sold. After the second night, and upon leaving, my wife and I came home, went online and purchased the exact same one. It's been three weeks now and I just can't imaging sleeping on any other mattress.

This is the second best mattress we have ever purchased, the first best was back in 1989 it was also Tempur-Adapt Medium King, which is now in a guest room. We have bought the Twin XL mattresses in for our bed again but being they were twin adjustable we bought 2 twin xl ones. OMG we are so happy all over again. We had other Twin XL mattresses and it took us years to end up getting them again. We are in love with them, LOVE LOVE LOVE our sleep again. Thank you Tempur-Adapt for making such great mattresses that lasts way further then you think

I bought it to replace my 20 year old Tempur-pedic mattress after testing a new mattress at a relative's home and realizing mine had lost some comfort over the last 20 years. Even 20 years old, it was still comfortable and I was content with it, but I realized a new mattress would be even better and even more comfortable, so I replaced it with a new one. I love it. I have trouble sleeping, but my sleep difficulties have nothing to do with the mattress. Even laying awake on the mattress for hours is so relaxing, as I feel muscle tension leaving my body, and only the constant insomnia and noise in my head keep me awake. Still, though, I'm physically comfortable as I lay awake. I will never, ever buy a different brand mattress. I may need to replace this one in a decade or two, when I realize that it ,ay have started to be not quite as good as a newer one would be,

Was contemplating on purchasing a new bed because of the amount of other mattress companies out there, making it extremely difficult to decide. Purchased a Tempurpedic and it was one of the best decisions. It took a few weeks for the mattress to break in, but I have not had one bad night of sleep since. I did not notice a smell after it was set up, nor have I gotten warm/hot when sleeping (as others claimed). It is truly is well worth the money.

I start with Tempurpedic I 2011. When time came for new I decided to try the new beds. I tried 2 different expensive brands, one air the other a Casper. I came back home to Tempurpedic. The newest version is amazing. I really say before you try the rest. Start with the best and you won't have test others like me. Thanks Tempurpedic for making amazing beds. Sherry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this mattress for my mom's hospital bed frame. She's been struggling with back and hip pain and none of the mattresses designed for hospital beds was helping, and in fact, they were making things worse. We thought we would try a tempur-pedic mattress since we knew it was designed to help with back pain and figured it would work on a hospital bed frame much as it does on an adjustable bed frame. Since day one she's been sleeping better and waking up with less pain. In fact, she now looks forward to taking naps just about any time of the day.

This time, I went with the brand name and shopped online. The process wass very straightforward and easy. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star is that the mattress stays a little hotter, which while amazing for most months in Oregon is a little inconvenient in summer.
