It's great quality, heavy and so versatile. I love that it's dishwasher safe and oven safe. I used it for a cute display plate for a birthday and to make a casserole in the oven. The flawlessly glazed ceramic server is a nice thickness and weight, with the surface being easy to clean of anything stuck on. I also like the fact that it is heat safe to 450 degrees, giving it even more options for use. The item comes nicely boxed, so it’s safe to ship and easily stored. This would be a great entertaining piece for themed parties or a little nostalgia. It would also make a nice gift.

I was so excited to receive this and felt it would give him a nice reminder of where he is from. He loved it! He uses it all the time and says that it helps him feel closer to his home. The plate really does resemble the exact shape of Virginia - it is so cool to look at! It is definitely made with high quality and it is simple to clean just like any other dish. The size is pretty big, bigger than I expected which is good. This would totally make a great gift for anyone. It could even be used as a display piece in my opinion. I plan on getting the one shaped of New York next for my mother!

It's pretty tiny bc I live in a tiny state but it looks cute as a centerpiece for a charcuterie board. It's easy to clean and definetly durable if you take care of it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ceramic material makes this dish super easy to bake with, we didn’t have any issues with the material cracking or staining after use as you can see. The design of the dish is what makes this the most difficult to bake with and even limits what you can bake in it. If the dish was the same size as Florida the sky would be the limit, but it is not really big enough for my family of 4. Maybe this would work if you were having a part for the state of Florida and the crowd expected something stylish for a dish. I think larger states make more sense to bake in but the state of Floridas demographics were not created with dish ware in mind

Other than using it to put out crackers and cheese or a meat array. I wouldn't use it for anything else. But I LOVE IT.
