We bought two of these chairs back in 2020 and they have held up unbelievably! Ours stay out all year long even in winter! Our first two were red and the color is still as vibrant than the first day we got them after 4 years. We just ordered 4 more for our fire pit in the midnight blue (nice color). I don’t understand the negative comments because my husband assembles them with no issues and raves about the stainless steel marine grade hardware (we live by the salt water). So to all the negative feedback I say you make no sense since we have now purchased 2 in 2020 and 4 more in 2024! We absolutely love these chairs. Ordered them on a Sunday and they were delivered by Fedex on Wednesday all iperfect packaging and no delays. I highly recommend these chairs ❤️

Okay, so this is not going to match what you get if you pay $200 a chair, but it is an excellent product for at this price point. Since it is new, can't speak to durability, but for looks, construction and ease in assembly, haven't seen anything come close. In that regard, saw a couple of reviews about problems assembling, but as someone who has put together dozens if not a hundred or more Chinese products, this has the best assembly scheme I have seen. It uses a bolt and nut combination that allows user alignment if pre-drilled holes in legs and arms if pre-drilled holes are slightly off from the factory. Cannot see how someone would have run into trouble assembling these.

I purchased 4 of Keter Everest chairs, the chairs are great, very strong and put together with all stainless steel fittings. Very simple to put together, it takes about 15 minutes per chair. These chairs are rated for 350 pounds. These chairs will last a long time for sure. Thank You for a great quality product.

These chairs fall in-between the flimsy molded chairs and the heavy, solid plastic lumber chairs. Easy to assemble. Cup-holder molded into armrest is an improvement to last year's swing-out design. Good color selection, but they need to add red and yellow.

Bait n switch. In the store the chairs have cupholders that hide. Received fixed cupholders instead. Nightmare with customer service ensued. Then after we reached a settlement another problem arose. I had read reviews where people have problems with the hardware. I figured out what the problem is and how to avoid it!! The chairs are put together with stainless steel bolts and rectangular nuts. Some of the nuts are NOT threaded! If you don’t test all of the nuts before using them you could find yourself in a bad situation… I contacted Keter to tell them about their lack of quality control (as they could easily check the 8 nuts before sending the chairs out. They are too cheap to send extras, too cheap to check them… And then have no problem giving you a very very hard time to get a replacement NUT (including trying to blame you for not following directions!!!) But no, their unthreaded nuts are the problem and its very doubtful this defect made it to the owners attention. I Tried, but they have such a blame the customer attitude on the front end its very unlikely this reported discovery made it to the top! Too bad the head doesn’t know how the tail treats customers for their own defects! The chairs are made from molded components (halves that were pre-snapped together, but were not always snapped together fully, or would not stay snapped together. Another Quality issue and no remedy. Just cheapens the look a little.). Keter also refused to swap out the arms for the correct ones, they blamed Sams for the bait n switch.

All four chairs arrived with scratches on the same place on the back of the chair due to a poor design in packing. There should be some padding or cardboard between the chair surfaces, and it also appears that the buttons on my husbands jean pockets are going to scratch the chairs. Metal screws also cheapen appearance of chairs, as does the cupholder. It would have been nice if the screws were black. Overall the chairs are heavy enough considering they are not solid. I knew I wasn't buying Polywood, so I didn't expect Polywood quality. I debated returning them, but it wasn't worth the effort and I don't want to invest in Polywood. Hopefully they will hold up for at least five years.

A picture on this websites dropdown shows this chair folded in half for storage....They DO NOT FOLD!!! Happy with the chair but unless someone reads all the questions previously asked (which I did not do) it is deceiving to a buyer. The fact that it showed this chair folded was one of the reasons I chose it. Sam's needs to remove that picture from their website.

The materials appear to be well-made, but the holes and the machining for the screws to go in is very poor. One of the screws ended up not being able to go in and then got stripped, and then I couldn't back it out. When I gave up and decided to return it, it doesn't fit in my car and I can't break it down so I just threw it in the front of my house and hopes that somebody picks it up. I absolutely hate this chair.

We bought two of these to replace some cheaper ones we had purchased at the Depot last year. After reading some of these reviews, I was a little concerned about the quality and assembly of them. HOWEVER, ours were easy to assemble and look great! I would note that one box did not come with instructions; maybe the cause of some problems others have had?? IDK but IMO, these are very good quality for this price point. Will defintely be buying more for the back patio!

We bought 6 of these for a firepit area. We loved they were large, comfortable and didn't blow around in high wind. Less than 3 years later and *ALL 6* have CRACKED IN THE SEAT. We aren't heavy people. My husband and I both weigh less than 200lbs. No reason to crack. Some of the arms also broke within the first year. Wish they would have lasted longer. We are about to purchase 6 more of another brand that are made of HDPE. Hopefully they last longer as spending another $600 is not ideal.
