We bought six of these and half of them cracked within months. I've had cheap plastic chairs last several years but these were total junk! We even bought the extended warranty and they denied the claim. Never again!

10 minutes to assemble, great product, amazing price. Not sure how you can strip a screw, unless you don’t push on the screw driver hard enough (duh).

DO NOT buy these chairs. The seat cracked and the arm rest broke off within a year. Sams will not help at all with returns of this item. Now I'm stuck with 2 useless chairs.

Cost was too much, in less than a month Sam’s sells it for $20 less than we purchased. I will think hard and long before I purchase 6 chairs or an order that large from Sam’s

2 of the 4 chairs we bought eventually had the arms break where they meet the back of the chair. These are hollow molded plastic so buyer beware. Stay away from these. Still trying to figure out how to permanently repair them. Their molded plastic storage bins are not worth buying either

I bought 4 of the dark brown color back in 2021. They sit on my patio 12 months a year - through every kind of weather. I wash them with soap and water and apply 365 aerospace protectant on them after they dry. Aside from minimal fading, they have held up amazingly well. Tip - keep the cup holders open as wasps will build nests in them if they are closed.

Attractive color, but chairs are hollow inside so I'm not sure how long they are going to hold up. They are attractive, but had I seen the hollow construction prior to my handyman putting them together, I would have likely returned them. Thankfully I got them on a sale. Hoping they will prove to be a better value than I think at the time.

Everything about these chairs is perfect. The slight contour of the wide back and seat are perfect at keeping my behind and back surprisingly super comfortable. Nice weight to the chairs, feels sturdy and zero wobble. Took 30 minutes to assemble 2 chairs and the weigh just feels right and solid. Enjoy !

Liked my Keter deck box so much, decided to try the Adirondack chair. Easy assembly, well built, super comfy and just as good as PolyWood a much better price. Wife not thrilled with sharing so am getting another today before they become a seasonal casualty.

My first disappointment upon opening the box was that this chair is made of thin-walled plastic. Each piece is hollow, extruded plastic. I proceeded to putting the chair together. The third screw stuck in the little rectangular nut. When I tried to back it out to realign it, the screw sheared off. Already decided to return the chair to Sam's, I then tried to unscrew one of the first two screws. The rectangular nut spun out in the thin plastic, making it impossible to take apart. I had to break off the plastic knob in order to take the chair apart and repack it in its box. Save yourself time and aggravation; buy a sturdy, SOLID Adirondack on-line for only slightly more.
