It definitely gave me energy, but I didn't realize that when you're not used to that much caffeine, it can cause a burning, itching sensation in your hands (and ears, in my case)! I thought I was having an allergic reaction until my son says it does the same to him. I'll drop down to half a scoop.

Awesome value - hope Sam's keeps this one around. Previous pre-workouts they've carried always seem to disappear.

I almost didn't buy this when i saw it and thought i would give it a try, great price. I have just started using this pre-work out and i love the flavor, mixes easily and gives a good pump for a hard workout. Will continue to buy this!!

This product doesn't agree with me at all. I get an upset stomach every time I use it and it's getting worse. I also get hot and I don't feel this product helps as much as the previous item I used. My reaction is similar to another user "Jeff".

Bought this for my son who does powerlifting. He really enjoys the flavor and says ot makes him feel great. Very pleased with this product!

Great Pre, maybe the best I've used outside of home blends.

Pretty solid for a basic pre-workout. 200mg natural caffeine. Gets me dialed in. Great value. Won't find a better price per serving
