Great pre workout!

Great price for the amount of servings you get for an all-arounder and great quality pre-workout. Get it. I've had so many types of pre but all of them are over priced and mostly caffeine. This pre has they right dosage of caffeine and extra ingredients that work well together. You can also 2 scoop it, which i wouldn't do, but its an option. I love it for the price!

This is a great product. I never had a pre-workout drink before. I am pretty sensitive to caffeine, so I only take a half scoop. It helps immensely. It does make my skin feel a little prickly/itchy for about 10 mins, but I read online that this is a reaction to the beta alanine in the product, which can make nerve endings more sensitive. If you don't mind the sensation, u can keep using the product or find a pre-workout without the beta alanine. This helps so much with muscle fatigue, which was causing me to work out at a much lower intensity and stall out on my progression. I don't mind the sensation as much and immediately progressed from 1-2 mile runs at 4mph to 3-4 mile runs at 5mph. I was just able to hold a half-hour steady state run at this higher intensity. It's been almost a month, and I'm up over a pound of muscle and down a good bit of fat. It also gives me more energy during the rest of the day. I'm still taking the half scoop about 15 mins prior to my warm-up, and it works great for me.

Amazing product, great energy. No crash.

This makes my skin crawl, literally. Minutes after drinking, this makes my body tingle. Its the oddest thing and does not fell good.

Initially bought for the price point. 2x the amount that I pay for other retailers. The taste is great, more on the sour side than sweet, which I prefer. No grit, dissolves completely. Would buy again.

I use this with 8 oz of water. It does give a tingling sensation but I like it. Energy is a 💣 dropping on your body for more reps. This stuff works and it works very well. I will absolutely be buying this from now on. I've looked elsewhere and they have it only in 40 to 30 servings so Sam's is the way to go!

I don't care much for sour flavors, but this was the only pre-workout that my Sam's Club carries, so I tried it. I am happy to say it was only mildly tart, enough to be a little zingy & refreshing, not enough to be unpleasant. I am very happy with the energy level it provides as well. It did make my skin flush and tingle, but that is expected from this type of supplement. I felt like my workout was stronger & I did not crash from exhaustion before I completed my sets as has happened in the past before using this product. The price is reasonable for 60 servings. I use one scoop in 8oz water & feel it is plenty for me but the package says you can use up to 2 scoops (per day) I do recommend.
