It’s versatile as a decorative plate and can be used to bake dishes in the oven. The piece arrived in a very nicely designed box, and I'm impressed with the quality of the ceramic and glaze. I don’t live there anymore, so this is the perfect way to tie my love of my home state to my love of entertaining. It’s easy to clean and I love the lightweight but sturdy design and material. But anyways, I really like this plate a lot and I think that it is the exact replica of the state that I chose mainly because of my family background, and because California was all sold out! But it is a little bit smaller than I expected it to be. I think that it is a nice little statement piece. If you don’t use every single crevice of it and it is very durable the glass is very thick and it is not too heavy and very easy to clean.

It is a ceramic material dish so it is very durable and you can bake with it, throw it in a microwave, and it is dishwasher safe! I absolutely love the design as it is the state of Florida which is my home and while I am living in Illinois now I can have a fun and exciting way to remember home through eating great food!

I think it is such a cute idea to make a serving plate in the shape of states. They would be great for sports-viewing parties when you are cheering for your home state, or maybe even an Election Day party. It would be good for hot dip, since it is oven-safe. The item seems sturdy, but not too heavy.

While Tennessee one wasn’t my first choice, many of them were getting picked fast so I just figured since I have several ancestors from Tennessee it would be a decent one to pick. Plus I figured it was more idealistic for serving appetizers.
