There was no stinging or burning inside the nose. The instructions come in English and Spanish. They are very clear and easy to understand. There are plenty of pictures along the way to help you. The test shelf life is good until October 2027, which is a very long time. I'm glad it doesn't expire right away. The kit should be stored at temperatures between 36 and 86°F out of direct sunlight. There are plenty of images to show the results and how you should interpret the results based on the guide as well as with a Q&A, which gives more information regarding how testing is affected or how to further test if symptoms are present. It does warn to not take the test if symptoms have been there for five days or if you have no symptoms at all. I will say that this exam that's done at home does mimic other Covid test by swapping half to 3/4 of an inch into the nose which can be very uncomfortable but overall if you have the patience and the willpower to fight through it, you'll be able to get the results of your at home flow flex plus test.

After this test I was able to set an appointment and we both were positive for the flu and got the help needed for a faster recovery. Thanks to this test I was able to get us the medical treatment needed than just “riding” our sickness out at home.

The swab was thin and short and you don't have to stick it all the way up your nose, like they do in hospitals, etc… so that was a HUGE plus!! It also has an extra piece to assist with swabbing a child. The expiration date is over a year away so purchasing multiple units shouldn't be a problem. All in all, I would recommend this product.
