It’s even better that this tests for Flu A and Flu B. My kid took one of these 5 days ago that I had to buy and he was flu b positive. I have been feeling really tired and was thinking that I caught it from him (even though he’s quarantined). Just took the test, and I’m negative! Super relieved - i think I’m just feeling crappy from taking care of a sick kid. But the test is awesome. Definitely will buy this again!! Also I had never seen the little plastic thingy that goes on the end of the swab but it’s for kids under 23 months old. I can imagine that it would be insanely helpful for younger children. (My kids are all teens so we do not use it.) results are fast (5 mins) and the test is very clear/easy to read.

This is the first test that I’ve had that comes with a guard so you don’t stick it in too far. I have young kids and it makes me nervous with their little noses, but the guard would make me feel safe to use it on them. It has a hole in the top of the box to place the tube which is always convenient and helps with doing the test. The box is nice and compact for storing in the medicine cabinet. And the instructions are easy to understand. I haven’t used it yet because I’m going to save it for when I’m sick, but so far so good! I received this in exchange for my honest review.

I have a six-year-old and a four year-old and they seem to constantly be getting sick. It’s so hard to know if they have an illness that needs further treatment or if it’s just another cold. This easy to use test is the perfect tool to have on hand so I can rest easy knowing if they need further treatment from the doctor or if it’s something that we can just treat ourselves at home with fluids and rest. the directions are simple and easy to follow and I love that it test for some of the most common issues that can come up for school-age children. I definitely plan to keep some of these on hand so I know in the future if it’s safe to send my kids to school or not.

Result appeared within few minutes. Long instructions paper but pretty clear (picture included) Though, the results were not encouraging… but its just part of life.
