I also appreciate the safety features; the bowl and lid lock securely into place before the machine will start, which makes it feel very user-friendly. It is a bit on the louder side, but the power definitely makes up for it. Overall, it's durable, efficient, and cuts prep time down significantly.

It's fantastic and we are very happy with it. We loved way this FP works. I wish only one design change. The safety lock on the lid is made out of plastic. If someone is not careful in turning or something gets stuck the chances of it breaking is high. Perhaps a metal or more rugged connection would make this one of great Food processor in the market.

This is a good fit for me. I keep it on my kitchen counter bc it's not too big (it is a nine cup); it's not a huge machine and at the same time it is powerful. I've ground cheese, I've made dough, even pasta dough, etc. I like it & I am glad I made this purchase.

I really enjoy this product! Because of the stacked blades, the chop function does a great job of getting uniform pieces. The dough blade is a marvelous addition for my kitchen! If you do a lot of food processing then this one does a great job! I was skeptical at first with its AI functions but so far it does seem to do a good job of chopping the food up as you want it! Blades are extremely sharp and like all the extra attachments that come with it. I like how everything locks into place also. Only thing that is a pain to clean is the removable sections on the lid for different size food. There's hollow spots for whatever reason that are hard to clean down in and dry but not a deal breaker! The food processor to me seems fairly quiet compared to other ones I've ever used. Not annoying loud and I like the fact how it suctions on its own to your countertops. Takes effort to move it once it's suctioned but can still remove it easily once you get the hang of it. Very pleased so far with it

I absolutely love this Ninja! I love the way the blades are at different heights. It is easy to clean. It grinds up almonds nicely to make almond butter. The durability is superb. I got it when it was on sale so it is a great value for the money. So far so good. It works well! Alot better than the other brand I first bought!

I bought my son a Ninja several years ago, he mostly uses it to blend up his coffee in the morning. I then bought a food processor attachment because I make hummus, nut butters and laundry detergent. But, the food processor started making a funny noise so I decided to buy a separate unit for my exclusive use. It was not much more money than buying parts for the other model and it has all the attachments I need for slicing, blending, mixing dough, etc. It is very powerful and not excessively noisy.

I received this for Christmas and was so excited to get it. I had used it for our New Years' party and was so pleased to go and use it the second time on January 31 to chop up some onions and the back broke off. I really liked this product and would appreciate a replacement.
