It's fantastic and we are very happy with it. We loved way this FP works. I wish only one design change. The safety lock on the lid is made out of plastic. If someone is not careful in turning or something gets stuck the chances of it breaking is high. Perhaps a metal or more rugged connection would make this one of great Food processor in the market.

I have this food processor and it's amazing. I like to make homemade dog food so I'm constantly chopping, sweet potatoes, carrots, frozen, cranberries, and much more. What I love about this food processor is it chops and is very efficient at doing so. It's also dishwasher safe so I love that. I can take the top components apart and just stick it in the dishwasher to have it cleaned. There's nothing this thing can't chop.

If you do a lot of food processing then this one does a great job! I was skeptical at first with its AI functions but so far it does seem to do a good job of chopping the food up as you want it! Blades are extremely sharp and like all the extra attachments that come with it. I like how everything locks into place also. Only thing that is a pain to clean is the removable sections on the lid for different size food. There's hollow spots for whatever reason that are hard to clean down in and dry but not a deal breaker! The food processor to me seems fairly quiet compared to other ones I've ever used. Not annoying loud and I like the fact how it suctions on its own to your countertops. Takes effort to move it once it's suctioned but can still remove it easily once you get the hang of it. Very pleased so far with it

This is a good fit for me. I keep it on my kitchen counter bc it's not too big (it is a nine cup); it's not a huge machine and at the same time it is powerful. I've ground cheese, I've made dough, even pasta dough, etc. I like it & I am glad I made this purchase.

I bought my son a Ninja several years ago, he mostly uses it to blend up his coffee in the morning. I then bought a food processor attachment because I make hummus, nut butters and laundry detergent. But, the food processor started making a funny noise so I decided to buy a separate unit for my exclusive use. It was not much more money than buying parts for the other model and it has all the attachments I need for slicing, blending, mixing dough, etc. It is very powerful and not excessively noisy.

I own a number of NINJA products and like all of them except this one. Processing performance of this unit is the worst of a series of food processors I have used over 60 years. Grating disk is to far below the top, grating performance of the disk is unacceptable on soft vegetables, mixing performance of blades is unacceptable for soft ingredients (guacamole for example) because of excess clearance between the blades and the container.. Suction cups on this unit are annoying if one needs to move the unit on the counter - but necessary because the unit is so light weight. Control options are confusing and add no value that I could find.
