My daughter is 13 kg but kind of fit in this size which is recommended for 15-18kg. The feel is soft enough. It has a blue liner inside. It can hold pee very well and still dry on the surgace. The picture of MiniMouse is cute and attractive for kids. My toddler loves it.

They loved the Disney design on them, felt like they were wearing big girl underwear and we had no accidents because we could get the pants down quickly.
