the peach is very refreshing, and I have been drinking it cold.

To me it tastes like perfume. Try the orange instead.

I have a hard time drinking enough water daily.. I add one packet to a Full 24 oz shaker cup of water and tank it down so fast!! I can 3 or 4 a day now. This really helps me stay hydrated!!
