I’ve use this brand regularly and feel like it makes a huge difference in hydration whether after a nice run or maybe a night out :) I usually only do half a package of powder because the flavor is too much but this is a bit more subtle and perfect.

I love that it is sugar free but has a wonderful sweet and tart peach flavor. It mixes in clear and very well in water with no chunks. It definitely helps me drink more water when I have some flavoring in it. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to try more flavors.

It's got a great taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working a labor job can make staying hydrated very difficult and doing it in a tasty way even harder but white peach liquid IV is definitely the answer to the problem.

I have a hard time drinking enough water daily.. I add one packet to a Full 24 oz shaker cup of water and tank it down so fast!! I can 3 or 4 a day now. This really helps me stay hydrated!!
