[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Liquid IV! I’ve used it several times and love the flavor. The taste is not as sweet as some electrolyte drinks and not as salty. It’s a good balance of flavors and great for extra hydration!

Liquid IV has helped me with Senile Pupura, a skin condition that dermatologists say there is no treatment for. I bruise very easily, often I don't even notice until there is a big purple bruise on my hands, arms, or chest. I also have digestive problems and was told to keep hydrated. (I drink water all day!) So I figured that water alone wasn't enough, and I decided to add Liquid IV to it. Now my bowels are not benefiting as much as I hoped, but my skin has improved measurably! I hardly bruise at all anymore! I have recommended Liquid IV to everyone I know that suffers from “Senile Skin!” (I hate that term!) I had been using Lemon Lime and the Popsicle flavor, but was concerned about the sugar. So I just tried sugar-free White Peach, and I love it! I will be a long time subscriber, as it has done wonders for my skin!
