I've used it a few times now. I swithced from zipfizz because I wanted a sugar free, non-carbonated option. So far, so good!

This tastes really good. I work outside all day and it does help rehydrate me. Our daughter er is a nurse and she highly recommended it.

Yuk! If you’ve ever gargled with salt water for a sore throat, it tastes like that with a little artificial sweetener aftertaste thrown in.

This stuff is fantastic. It tastes great. I add it to cold water and ot dissolves quickly. I use it a few times per week.

The product does help in hydration! Has a slight medicine taste. My son uses this product and loves the taste.
