These are great for on the go. My kids both play sports and they are easy to keep on hand for those days extra hydration is needed. Taste is great and being sugar-free is a huge plus!

I wanted to like this because as a bariatric patient. I was looking for something to help me with hydration. However, I found this be way to salty for my taste. It may be good for others but it did not work for me

I have had the lemon-lime sugar free and really liked them. The white peach is even better. I work outside a great deal and this has been do helpful to keep me in balance

I love this product! My only complaint would be that they only seem to carry this one flavor in sugar free! Variety would be awesome and I’d probably buy one of each 😂

I recently had a surgery and was put onbclear liquids. Water alone would upset my stomach and made me feel nauseous. Liquid IV helped alot with getting hydrated and not feeling nauseous.

Love the Liquid IV flavors and I’ve stopped having muscle cramps when drinking them. The Peach flavor is a little strong. I love the Yuzu Pineapple but really like mixing the pineapple and Pina Coloda together for a fantastic flavor.

Being hydrated should be a chore... but it was until I found Liquid IV. It’s not cheap, so finding it for a great price at Sam’s was super dooper awesome. This is a staple in my house, car, purse, etc.

The taste and consistency reminded me of a liquid laxative. I struggled to drink the full glass. I would not recommend nor would I ever purchase this product again.

Delicious flavor! I love that sams now offers a peach only bag. My husband works outdoors and has to keep these on hand to stay hydrated. This flavor is one of his favorites and bonus points that it is sugar free.
