Liquid IV Hydration-Peach has a really pleasant flavor. The other flavors are good also. When working out in the heat and this high humidity it can drain you in a very short time and be dangerous. These rehydrate and restore your electrolytes instantly. They have become a necessity for our family.

I suffer from chronic dehydration and sometimes it goes acute. It did over the weekend, I was dealing with confusion, dizziness, nausea etc. Last time my acute dehydration was accompanied with kidney and liver failure. This time, I did not wait since I knew the feeling, smell etc, as soon as I had the symptoms I used the Liquid IV and what a game changer! It didn't take long before I started feeling better. I have tried others but this had a much quicker effect and truthfully, tasted so much better. It is now a staple for my house and part of my diet to help combat my chronic dehydration and prevent it from getting worse.

Although I am not normally a fan of peach, I find the flavor of these white peach Liquid IV packets quite tasty. They are sugar-free so they are not sweet like the other flavors. Ever since I started drinking 2 a day, I feel better and hydrated. They also helped to make my last blood test easier. They are totally worth the money!

I love that these are sugar free. I take these with me to work and when I feel like I haven’t been drinking enough water during my shift I can drink one of these. They also help when I feel a headache coming on. I’m usually not a peach fan but I really like these!

Not crazy about it. Weird aftertaste. Was hoping to use it in place of other electrolytes that I have to order online. Buying in-store would be more convenient than having to wait weeks for a shipment of my usual, but I don’t like these enough to switch.

I got the sugar free peach. The overwhelming taste of artificial sweetener made this disgusting. I wanted peach and sugar free is the only option I see. I added an extra half bottle of water on top of the 1st bottle and it’s still too sweet. I couldn’t even finish it. For $10 it’s way overpriced. Don’t waste your money.

Pleasant white peach flavor. Just a note, you have to realize this is a quick hydration tool, so the taste may be salty or thick. Leaves water a bit cloudy. I found its easiest to just drink as fast as possible. I'm not a huge fan of these, but my husband swears by them!

Favorite of the sf flavors it mixes well in a single bottle of water with just a sip out to make room for LiqIV. Then, drink it just like that when I need to or in my jug over ice and topped with water makes about a gallon in that and the taste is just as good as in the small bottle.

I have never been good at staying hydrated. Just not into drinking water and seldom thirsty so I would get leg cramps often. My Pilates instructor recommended these and I love it. Instead of boring water, this flavor addition is just what I needed to motivate me into hydrating. Love the flavor and now drink it everyday. Haven’t had a leg cramp since this….Yay!!
