I drink liquid IV hydration after the gym and my leg cramps have all but resolved. This taste is good and it does taste like some other electrolyte drinks, it's fresh.

I used Liquid I.V. for the first time because I wanted to be sure I was drinking enough water. It was very easy to use and the taste was very good. I will continue to use Liquid I.V. and have it available for the family during our summer.

I can be feeling run down and drink one of these liquid IVs and it makes a tremendous difference! I suggested for anybody that has immune problems or needs to pick me up because of their body just doesn't feel good a lot

Although I’m a fan of Liquid IV & have tried many flavors, I was skeptical if the sugar-free version would taste right. The white peach sugar-free is now officially my favorite! I like it even better than the regular options. Great, effective products!

I didn’t like this one too much. It reminded me of gatorlyte which I don’t really care for.
