even mixed in tea i cant stomach this. i love almost all sf drink mixes but somthing about this is hard to swallow. got some since i was dehydrated but in it actually make it worse since i was struggling to drink it

The taste is perfect, but the powder slightly changes the texture of the water. The best way I can describe is the water seems slightly more slippery.

I think this is the best tasting hydration powder I have ever used. I split the packets and get two 24oz bottles of water and the taste is not diluted at all!

One of the better electrolyte mixes that i have tried. Still not fantastic. I would recommend adding more water than they directed, but the fake sugar taste is still pretty bad. I clearly should not be drinking these things.

My daughter loves these, works well for her to get that extra hydration. Generally good all around, whole family loves them!! Great taste without all the salt aftertaste like with the other liquid iv flavors, sugar free is a plus!!

Been a long time user of Liquid IV to help manage my heart condition. This white peach flavor has been one of my favorites. It’s really light, and (in my opinion) tastes good both ice cold and lukewarm.

I brought these because I was lacking electrolytes,it really helped. The amount you get for the price is kind of steep,but the benefits make up for it.

I love liquid IV and keep it stocked. not sure whats going on with this particular box, but absolutely disgusting. These are expensive and I wish I could return them.
