The first box I got didn’t have fruit punch (just lemonade, raspberry-lemonade, and strawberry); the strawberry was not caffeinated and it was my favorite flavor. I ordered a second box several months later, thinking it would be the same; it’s not. The fruit punch isn’t my favorite flavor, but it’s not a deal breaker. However, I’ve had two skull surgeries and can’t tolerate caffeine (even small amounts). The strawberry now gives me a headache within a few sips. The taste overall is good, a little sweet. I usually mix 1 packet into 25 oz of water. I’ll probably go back to hand-picking individual boxes at the store, though, to avoid the caffeine flavor.

The best drink mix from price and calorie standpoint. I put it on 16oz water with 10 small cubes of ice and 1 packet of this. Taste perfect. Normally 1 packet in 32oz of water taste good too. considering each packet cost less then 20 cent, you cannot go wrong. A regular 16oz soda cost close to a $1 and it has average over 100 calorie. This drink mix in 16oz of water only has 5 to 10 calorie depends on the flavor. Total cost only 20 cent or less. GREAT!!!
