The Crystal Light flavor variety pack is good with the exception of the wild strawberry. Please be aware each pack has 60 mg of caffeine (noted in small letters on the pack). If you are someone with a sensitivity to caffeine, a heart patient or attempting to give to a child, BEWARE!!! A cup of coffee usually averages about 25mg of caffeine. so 60 mg is huge!! Company needs to make flavor without caffeine, the amount is equal to a medication dosage!!

The taste is good, but after I drink it, I feel uncomfortable and get a lot of gas.

We really like these. We drink more of them over the summer. I need 2 to fill my large drink container. They taste great mixing the flavors too. I just wish the strawberry flavor did not have caffeine in it.
